With over 25 years of experience working as a Financial Accounting Consultant - Financial Director Chief Accountant in various fields, especially in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, Mr. Hoang Van Nghien has made significant contributions to the establishment and management of effective financial accounting systems, while developing and promoting sustainable financial strategies for businesses.

Furthermore, with the goal of providing effective tax accounting and internal management solutions, Mr. Hoang Van Nghien has built and implemented financial accounting systems that meet the highest requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises. He has also made significant contributions to analyzing, planning, and restructuring finances for businesses, as well as building effective pricing and capital raising policies. Mr. Nghien has also served as CFO and Chief Accountant for many large enterprises such as:

Chief Accountant, Vietnam Food Industries Joint Stock Company (Vifon): Established and managed sales, purchasing, production, and payment processes; developed KPIs and sales policies; managed departmental budgets and controlled cash flow.
Head of Finance - Chief Accountant, Marico (ICP) Company: Established and implemented optimized cash flow management; managed departmental budgets and controlled financial and tax reporting.
Chief Accountant, Masan Company: Implemented ERP (Oracle) project; optimized cash flow and taxes; managed investment projects and built sales strategies.
