The BAC's program provides students systematic expertise, skills, and techniques of Legal - Finance in business from basic to advanced. Lessons will revolve around main topics including Enterprise establishment; Organizational structure; business registration procedure; Corporate restructuring; Insolvency and Bankruptcy in business; Business Disputes; forms of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Vietnam; Enterprise establishment profile. The course is a springboard that allows you to have a smoother start when starting a business more confident.
Each lecture is specially structured, applying it to practical situations, thereby providing knowledge to convey many meaningful messages. Thus, it helps students learn from these lessons for themselves and improve their knowledge and skills better.
The course guides and coaches students with knowledge and notes in establishing a business, understanding the company's organizational structure, business registration procedure, and necessary documents for insolvency and bankruptcy process, the change of the business registration content, how to read and apply WTO commitments and carry out the registration and foreign investment activities in Vietnam.
Lecturers are professional and dedicated lawyers who have extensive practical experience in the industry.
BAC will provide a certificate confirming your level of knowledge and skills at the end of the course.

Understanding general knowledge when you start a business. You will have an overview of business structure, processes, procedures, the change of the business registration content, corporate restructuring, and forms of FDI, be able to handle disputes occurring in the business.
Mastering notes about the legal personal representative, rules on choosing a company name, skills at preparing a business establishment profile, capital contributions, investment documents

Understand the types of businesses, headquarters, regulation capital, business registration procedures.
Master the skill of division - splitting - consolidation, Mergers and Acquisitions enterprises. Be equipped with skills at drafting, preparing all necessary documents when establishing a business.

How are courses designed?

The course "Business - Investment legal consulting skills" is combined BAC with experts who have intensive experience in the field, dividing into 15 lessons (2.5 hours/ session), which are based on 3 rules:

The lessons are well-designed in a scientific way that allows students to understand easily and remember deeply.
Raise problems, convey knowledge, and practice skills through real situations.

Fee: card fees MUST BE PAID by the customer when paying by card. The consultant will estimate the card fee according to the fee schedule given by mPOS and provide a concrete estimate for the student to consider before paying. NOTES:

Students shall complete the payment in advance, and not later than the opening session. BAC does not accept any payment after the opening day.
Exceptions: In cases of faulty payment process or students have committed to pay tuition fee after the opening day, BAC will accept as exceptions.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Reserve registered courses

After register and pay the tuition fee for the course, if students can not join the course, they should have an official notification to BAC before the opening session. In this case, students will be reserved tuition and join the next course or switch to another BAC course in suitable requirements.

Opening Schedule Changes

In case of course could not start on schedule, BAC will send an email to inform the student of the expected opening day.
If the new opening schedule is suitable for students' needs, BAC will reserve tuition fee. Students will continue to participate in the course.
If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund the tuition fee.

Refund Policy

Tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNDED.
In case of our student cannot join the new class schedule due to a change from BAC in terms of changing the course opening schedule, that student will be refunded the tuition by BAC according to the following process:
- Students can receive a refund by transfer or in cash.
- After the two sides have officially confirmed the cancellation of the course, the entire tuition will be refunded to students by BAC within a maximum of 3 working days.
- Students must return the receipt of tuition to BAC to complete the refund procedure.

Having worked in both corporate environment and law firm environment, Mr. Them is highly experienced and has a unique set of skills in providing tailored advice and practical legal solutions.

Before being a Managing Partner of LTT & Lawyers Law Firm, Mr. Them has ever worker for two big law firms (InvestConsult Group and Phuoc & Partners) and nearly working as in-house lawyer, Telecom Legal Policy Lead and cum internal controller of the joint venture company between the Ministry of Public Security Vimpelcom Corporation of Russia.
