Information on Issuing Final Course Certificates at BAC

Conditions for Receiving the Final Certificate:

When studying at BAC, if a student meets both of the following conditions:

Attends at least 70% of the course sessions
Completes assignments that meet the instructor’s requirements

Then the student will be issued a certificate by BAC after the course finishes

Issue paper certificates for offline training courses.
Online and offline certificates have equal value.
The certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
The renewal fee is 10% of the course fee

Certificate Issuance Procedure:

1. To ensure the certificate is issued with correct personal details, students should:

At the beginning of the course, BAC provides a hard copy or soft copy containing personal information as well as attendance records during the course. Students are requested to carefully review the information on the personal information sheet or attendance form and notify BAC if there are any errors in their full name, email, or phone number.
Report to BAC via email at cskhbac@googlegroups.com if there are any errors.

BAC provides detailed instructions; however, if a student does not pay attention or fails to report any errors, resulting in the need to reissue the certificate, BAC will charge a reprinting fee of 200,000 VND per case, plus the actual shipping or fax delivery fees (if applicable), in accordance with the policy stated in Section 4.

2. Issuance Time:

For OFFLINE classes: BAC issues certificates to offline students during the final class session.
For ONLINE classes:
Online certificate: Within 3 working days after the course wrap-up.
Paper certificate:
Within 5 working days for students in Ho Chi Minh City
Within 10 working days for students in other provinces.
