Customer service process at BAC

Customer service is one of the decisive factors for the success of the business. With the fierce competition of the market today, in order to achieve sustainable values, businesses should focus on the quality of customer experience. Therefore, the customer service process at BAC is always carefully and detailedly invested, ensuring to fully meet the needs of each customer. 
With nearly 10 years of establishment and development, BAC TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY JOINT STOCK COMPANY is considered a pioneer in the field of training and consulting Software business analysis, a place to incubate and fuel those who is passionate about software business analysis career in Vietnam.
The Business Analyst (BA) courses at BAC not only provide an opportunity for individuals to become a professional software business analyst, but also provide companies with a skilled BA staff that every company dreams.
To get the satisfaction and attachment of customers and learners, BAC has designed the customer care service process in the most clear and transparent way. Specifically, the customer service process at BAC always adheres to the following steps:
1. Registration consulting
Before registering for the course, BAC's team of consultants will share basic information about the business analysis profession, and career opportunities and offer suitable courses for each client. In addition, customers can also get more information about the course content, route, tuition policy, make-up class/preservation policy, and benefits before, during, and after the course clearly and in detail.
2. Instructions for paying tuition fees
Tuition fees at BAC are publicly and clearly regulated for each course, including study materials and fees for certificates/certifications after the course (if any), gifts for students and tuition fees. are not subject to value-added tax (VAT). Payment methods at BAC are always flexible, to satisfy the needs of each customer: cash payment, bank transfer, card payment, etc. In particular, customers also receive incentives up to 10% when completing the tuition fee at least 10 days before the opening date.
This policy has been clearly stated by BAC on the website section PAYMENT TERMS for students to refer to and decide.
3. Email confirmation of successful tuition payment
After completing the tuition payment process, BA will send a confirmation email of successful tuition payment to each student's personal email. In addition, BAC's advisors always proactively remind students to check their email and confirm payment of tuition fees.
4. Support to issue tuition invoices
For learners who need to issue tuition invoices, BAC will support them within 3 days after receiving payment. This invoice is completely free of charge. Learners only need to send an invoice request via THIS LINK, BAC accounting department will provide an invoice according to the information provided. 
5. The remainder of the opening ceremony
2-5 days before the start of the course, BAC will send detailed instructions to learners via email including the following information: Time, form/location, class’s Zalo group link, and important policies to pay attention to. Besides, the counseling team will also meticulously remind learners to check the opening schedule, in case they do not receive the information, the learners can contact the hotline for immediate support.

6. Support attendance
During the learning process, each BAC class has a teaching assistant to support students and lecturers throughout the course: Attendance, materials, make-up/reservation,... Before entering the class, students will be guided. attendance guide for each lesson.
7. Send materials for online classes
For Online classes, BAC Customer Service Department will contact students to confirm personal information and the recipient's address to deliver documents to students' homes. The cost of sending documents has been covered by BAC, students will not have to pay any extra costs. In addition, the staff always carefully reminds the class information and the opening schedule for students in the most thorough way. 
8. Support to answer questions during the learning process (support students to make-up class, preservation, ...)
To get the best service quality, and bring customer satisfaction, the team of consultants at BAC is always ready to answer all questions of students during the learning process such as support for make-up classes, and preservation and class-related information.
8.1. Support learners to make up
During the course of study, if a student encounters force majeure and misses some classes, BAC has the policy to support making up these sessions. BAC has detailed instructions on the policy of make-up study and also has a link to register for make-up lessons so that students can actively register and be supported to send the appropriate schedule.

8.2. Support learners in the preservation
After registering and paying the tuition fee for the course, but the student cannot attend the course for a legitimate reason, it is necessary to officially notify BAC before the opening time by email. In this case, the student will be supported by staff to reserve the tuition fee so that he can join the next course or switch to another BAC course that is suitable for the needs of the learner with the same tuition fee. If the tuition fee of the reserved course is equal or higher, the learner needs to supplement the tuition fee appropriate to that course.
In addition, BAC has clearly and strictly regulated the preservation policies, specifically: the reservation is made 6 months from the time of reservation or 3 consecutive courses of BAC announced the opening. During this time, students are reminded and noted to arrange a suitable class schedule to avoid the loss of tuition fees.

9. Email assignments after each class
After each lesson, BAC will send exercises via email for learners to practice and apply the knowledge they have learned in practical exercises. In addition, the customer service department will send emails reminding students to complete the exercises so that learning becomes more effective.

Certificate of completion of the course
After the learner completes the course if the following conditions are met:
  • Attend at least 70% of the lessons
  • Attend at least 70% of the exercises, meet the requirements of the lecturer
  • Take the assessment survey at the end of the course
Then BAC will issue certificates for students: Paper certificate for the OFFLINE class and electronic certificate for the ONLINE class, details according to CERTIFICATE NOTICE.
This information has all been announced by BAC to learners in the first session of the course so that students can grasp and participate most effectively and be eligible to receive certificates.
10. Support CV review, and connect students with businesses in need.
After the end of the course, in order to create conditions for students to have more opportunities to interact with the work of a real software business analyst, BAC will receive and review students' CVs, as well as connect students with businesses that are looking for suitable personnel.
With a well-designed and perfect process, BAC wishes to bring absolute satisfaction when customers choose to use the service at BAC. This is a strong motivation for BAC to grow stronger in the future.
