Delivery Policy

To facilitate the delivery of documents and paper certificates, BAC Training Center would like to inform students of our delivery policy. The details are as follows:

I. For Documents:

1. Procedure:

1.1 Before the course commencement date, the Training Department (Customer Service) of BAC Training Center will send a Course Reminder Email to students. Students are kindly requested to check the Course Reminder Email and review the IMPORTANT information included, such as:

Course start date & class schedule
Zoom link (for online classes)
Zoom instructions – with a link to the policy in section 1.4: Policy and Guidelines for Effective Online Learning
Zalo group: Students are kindly requested to join the Zalo group to exchange information with the instructor regarding lessons
Section: PROVIDING DELIVERY ADDRESS & COURSE EXPECTATIONS

Students are kindly requested to click the link to fill in their delivery information, including phone number and delivery address. At the same time, please provide important details regarding your expectations from the course so that the instructor can have a clear understanding during the teaching process.

In addition, students are kindly requested to read the information related to policies and regulations during the course.

1.2 Notes on Receiving Documents/Certificates:

1. Delivery Address for Documents/Certificates – Important Notes

Ensure that the provided address and phone number are available to receive the books when the Grab/courier arrives.
Alternatively, if another person is receiving on your behalf, please provide the specific phone number of the recipient and confirm their responsibility accordingly.
If the loss occurs due to a substitute recipient or arises from the information provided, BAC will consider the first delivery attempt as completed
If a second delivery attempt is required, students are kindly requested to cover the printing fee of 200,000 VND per set as well as all actual shipping costs.
Students are kindly requested to keep their phones available during the delivery process. In cases where BAC has contacted the student beforehand but the shipper is unable to reach the student during delivery, the student will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any additional delivery support charges

2. Delivery Time:

In Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang: one day before the course commencement or, at the latest, on the course start date (before class time).
In other provinces: BAC will compile the addresses and send the documents via ViettelPost. The documents will be delivered to students within 3–5 working days from the time BAC confirms the address. For remote cases, BAC will provide special support to ensure timely participation in the course.

After that, the Training Department – Customer Service of BAC will contact the student by phone to reconfirm:

Recipient’s Name,
Phone Number,
Shipping Address.

Notification to Students to Check the Course Reminder Email: Please check your inbox and spam folder to ensure you have received the email. This email contains important information including the Zoom link, course objectives, Zalo group, policies for participating in courses at BAC, and notes regarding upcoming delivery times.

2. IMPORTANT Notes During the Delivery Process:

For students in the same class who provide identical addresses, BAC will call to verify the information:
Do the students belong to the same company?
Can a student receive the materials on behalf of others and then forward them to fellow students from the same company?

If the students confirm, BAC will assign one representative student to receive the materials on behalf of others. At the same time, the Customer Service team will call the students whose materials are being received to inform them of the order status. Only when both sides reconfirm correctly will multiple orders be delivered together to one representative student.

For students requesting delivery to security staff, receptionists, building management, or asking another person to receive on their behalf, please confirm via email/phone to take responsibility in case of any issues or loss. BAC will then support delivery to the designated recipient. However, BAC will NOT be responsible for any loss or misplacement. In such cases, students will bear full responsibility, and BAC can reprint the materials at a fee of 200,000 VND (excluding shipping costs).
For orders where the student cannot be contacted, BAC will confirm delivery with the student in advance. Therefore, for orders where BAC has already informed the student of the delivery time but the shipper is unable to reach the student after multiple attempts, the student will be responsible for covering the two-way shipping fee.
Complaints about lost or undelivered documents, In cases related to missing or undelivered documents, students must:
Contact the Customer Service team within at least 1–2 days (for orders in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang).
Contact within at least 3–5 days (for orders in other provinces) from the date BAC sends the delivery notification to the student.

This process enables the Customer Service team to promptly check and handle issues for students. If the reason for the missing or undelivered documents is due to the student’s fault, BAC will only support by checking and informing the student of the order status, and BAC will NOT be held responsible. The student will bear full responsibility, and BAC can reprint the documents at a fee of 200,000 VND (excluding shipping costs).

NOTE: For any other cases not covered by BAC’s delivery policy, students are responsible for their own actions. BAC will only support by checking the information and providing possible solutions to assist the students.

3. Regional Delivery Information:

3.1 For Orders in Ho Chi Minh City:

Delivery Time: For orders in Ho Chi Minh City, delivery will be made within the same day (during business hours) after BAC contacts the student by phone to inform them of the delivery schedule.
Delivery Areas: After calling the customer, for those located in Ho Chi Minh City, the delivery areas will be classified as follows

3.2 For Orders in Ha Noi:

Delivery Time: For orders in Hanoi, delivery will take 1–2 business days (during office hours) after BAC contacts the student by phone to inform them of the delivery schedule.
Delivery Areas: After calling the customer, for those located in Hanoi, the delivery areas will be classified as follows:

3.3 For Orders in Da Nang:

Delivery Time: For orders in Da Nang, delivery will take 1–2 business days (during office hours) after BAC contacts the student by phone to inform them of the delivery schedule.

3.4 For Orders in Provinces & Overseas:

For provincial orders: BAC will deliver the materials via ViettelPost. The delivery time for provincial orders is 3–5 days. In addition, the center will send scanned copies of the initial sessions by email to students if the physical materials cannot reach them in time.
For overseas students: The center will send scanned copies of the materials by email to the students.

II. Regarding Certificates:

According to BAC’s certificate issuance policy, online courses will be issued online certificates. In case students wish to obtain an additional printed certificate, a fee of 200,000 VND (excluding shipping costs) must be paid. Details are as follows:

For Ho Chi Minh City: BAC will deliver the printed certificate via Grab/Ahamove. Students will bear the delivery fee according to the order.
For areas outside Ho Chi Minh City: BAC will deliver the printed certificate via ViettelPost. Students will bear the delivery fee according to the order.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days.
