Copyright policy for materials, videos, and products owned by BAC

BAC Training and Consulting Center strictly prohibits SHARING MATERIALS AND VIDEO LECTURES in any form (filming, photographing, sharing, exchanging, or transferring accounts to others for use) in online courses organized by BAC.

BAC Training and Consulting Center owns the absolute copyright to the video lectures provided on its system. Any copying, distribution, or dissemination of these videos without the authorization of BAC Training and Consulting Center is illegal and violates Vietnamese intellectual property law.

You can refer to the full, specific, and clear announcement for students in BAC's course policy. Therefore:

BAC Training and Consulting Center reserves the right to sue individuals or groups that violate the policy if their actions harm the interests and reputation of BAC Training and Consulting Center.

If any infringement is detected, BAC Training and Consulting Center has the right to immediately STOP the course without compensation. At the same time, BAC will publicize the copyright infringement on all its channels.

FORMS OF PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATIONS

Level 01 Copyright infringement claim at BAC	Level 02 According to the legal provisions of Vietnamese law
You will be removed from any classes you are currently taking or will be taking without a refund of tuition fees:	If BAC Training and Consulting Center discovers that you continue to violate the law (sharing or selling course materials and videos produced by BAC Training and Consulting Center), we will sue you based on the amount of illicit income obtained from this illegal activity, specifically: [Number of buyers] x [current tuition fee] + [other damages to the image and reputation of BAC Training and Consulting Center].
Even before or after you have received the materials and/or video lectures that you violate, BAC Training and Consulting Center has the right to remove you from any class group you are participating in without refunding your tuition fees.
No certificates of completion will be issued for the courses you are currently taking.
You will be barred from participating in any courses organized by the BAC Training and Consulting Center for two years if you violate this regulation.
BAC Training Center will strictly handle any violations of copyright of materials, videos, and other copyrighted products owned by BAC in accordance with Vietnamese law.	Individuals who have previously purchased these unauthorized materials and/or video lectures may be denied access to communities and groups organized by the BAC Training and Consulting Center.
