BAC EEP IIBA Certification & Reservation

For the course participation at BAC to be effective and for the students to be informed, we make a carefully coordinated policy to support learners in detailed information about the EEP IIBA BAC policies, relevant procedures, reservations, documents as well as possible. Including:

STT	CATOLOGE	CONTENT
1	CONDITION FOR CERTIFICATION	Certificates will be issued to participants who have completed: Participated in at least 70% of the course sessions. For example, participants must take part in at least 9 lessons for 12 lessons/course in total. Complete all assignments in class. Currently, BAC issues online certificates for online classes and paper certificates for offline classes - specifically, BAC has announced that it will apply from June 1, 2022
2	TERM OF CERTIFICATION	Within 3 months (from the end of the course), if the student does not receive the certificate it will be canceled and its issuance expires. Students who have not received the certificate, please come to BAC's office during office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00AM- 17:30PM) or BAC will assist to book Grab express. Note: Students pay the shipping fee.
3	COURSE RESERVATION	All issues that students want to reserve a course, please actively register by following this link. BAC will respond to students and guide details via email to follow easily. Note: Students can reserve up to 3 continuous courses. After 3 continuous courses, the tuition fee will expire.
4	RECERTIFICATION	Regulations on re-issuance of certificates at BAC: BAC only reissues the certificate if it's a certificate reissued because of the student's faults such as typing wrong their information, demanding another certified because of their need, etc. You can receive it at BAC's office during office hours (Mon-Fri 09: 00AM-17:30PM), or we will assist in booking Grab express to your address, and you need to pay the shipping fee. Note: To avoid fees for re-certification: Please check the personal information carefully at the first opening. If there are any errors, edit and correct them immediately! Avoid mistakes that happen after being certified. The price for the reissue is 200,000 VND. Note: Students pay the shipping fee.
5	DOCUMENT	BAC will provide a hard copy material (it's the book), not a soft file like lecture slides. Document is only issued once. If you want to reissue it, you have to notify us, and a fee will be charged. Students who reserved a course will use old materials for that course, and if new ones are needed, they will pay an extra fee. The price for document re-issuance is 200,000 VND.
6	EEP IIBA PROGRAMS BY BAC	According to the IIBA EEP policy, the validity period of the certificate is one year from the date of issue (both online and offline certificates). It's one of the conditions about PD(Professional Development Hours) in IIBA's core certification exam: To renew the expiration date of the BAC's certificate, please: register at this link for support and pay an additional 10% of the course fee for the new certificate course (with course information, effective time), the new lifetime of certificates at the new time of issuance. To supplement and update knowledge of the courses that have participated at BAC: BAC offers a 30% discount on the course fees.

The specific information is as follows:

1. Condition for Certification:

Participated in at least 70% of the course sessions.Participated must complete all assignments in class.
At the first opening session, please check and update if your names/ personal information is correct or not to make sure your info on the certificates is accurate.
Currently, BAC issues online certificates for online classes and paper certificates for offline classes - specifically, BAC has announced that it will apply from June 1, 2022
Certificates are issued at the end of the last session of the course. For paper certificates, if you are absent in the last lesson to receive your certified, you can obtain it at BAC's office during office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00AM-17:30PM), or we will assist in booking Grab express to your address.

Note: you need to pay the shipping fee.

2. Term of Certification:

Within 3 months (from the end of the course), if the student does not receive the certificate it will be canceled and its issuance expires.
Students who have not received the certificate at the end of the last session of the course, please inform BAC to support you in booking Grab express to your address and students pay the shipping fee. Students also can come to BAC's office during office hours (Mon-Fri 9: 00 am - 5: 30 pm) to get it.

3. Course Reservation:

All issues that students want to reserve a course, please actively register by following this link. BAC will respond to students and guide details via email to follow easily.
Students can reserve up to 3 continuously courses. After 3 continuously courses, the tuition fee will be expired.
According to Public Course: the time, trainers, and location are arranged in advance, but this information may differ from registered classes and reserved classes.

4. Recertification:

Regulations on re-issuance of certificates at BAC:

BAC only reissues the certificate if it's a certificate reissued because of the student's faults such as typing wrong their information, demanding another certified because of their need, etc.
You can receive it at BAC's office during office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00AM-17:30PM), or we will assist in booking Grab express to your address, and you need to pay the shipping fee.

5. Document:

BAC will provide a hard copy material (it's the book) on opening day for offline class and before opending day for online class, NOT A SOFT FILE LIKE LECTURE SLIDES.
Document is issued as BAC's standard, if students have special request like color printing, etc. Please cover expensive by yourself.
The document is only issued once. If you want to reissue it, you have to notify us, and a fee will be charged.
Students who reserved a course will use old materials for that course, and if new ones are needed, they will pay an extra fee.

The price for document re-issuance is 200,000 VND.
Students pay the shipping fee.
