Working in a legal environment is the goal of many people. This is also one of the career opportunities with great prospects. Especially when society is growing, the demand for a team of skilled people and professional skills is increasing. However, to work well in this field, not only do you need specialized knowledge, but you also need to have some specific skills as well as comply with your professional ethics. 
 
Understanding these difficulties, BAC and the Vietnam Business Law Team (BLT) has developed a "Training to work efficiently in the legal industry" course. The training program is methodically designed by experienced instructors to provide in-depth knowledge, skills, and effective industry practices.

The course is useful for:

  • The final year students, fresh graduates of law majors need the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt quickly to the legal profession.
  • You have worked within the law environment but want to improve yourself more to serve the job.

  • This course is designed to provide systematic expertise, skills, and techniques to work in a legal environment for you.
Why should I learn "Training to work efficiently in the legal industry" at BAC company?
  • The program at BAC provides students with basic and advanced systematic knowledge about the legal profession. With 15 lessons revolving around 5 main topics including Overview of the legal profession and essential skills; Commercial contracts; Enterprise legal; Labor legislation and dispute resolution will help you to be confident about the knowledge and skills to be ready for future work.
  • Each lecture is structured in a special way, using the way of problem-solving in practical situations, students solving the situation by their basic knowledge, then drawing lessons for themselves. Trainers will guide additional knowledge and skills to handle each issue.
  • Not only that, the course also guides and trains students to legal thinking, analytical skills, synthesis, and effective methods of working in law.
  • Last but not least, the course is led by experienced lawyers who are members of Vietnam Business Law Team (BLT). These are all dedicated teachers and have lots of practical experience in the industry.
  • BAC will provide a certificate confirming your level of knowledge and skills at the end of the course.

The course is divided into 15 sessions (2.5 hours/ lesson). The course "Training to work efficiently in the legal industry" will be designed in three rules:

  • The lessons are scientifically designed to help students easily understand and remember deeply.
  • Questioning, conveying knowledge and skills through practical situations
  • There are exercises to help students master the theory.

Fee: card fees MUST BE PAID by the customer when paying by card. NOTES:

  • Students shall complete the payment in advance, and not later than the opening session. BAC does not accept any payment after the opening day.
  • Exceptions: In cases of faulty payment process or students have committed to pay tuition fee after the opening day, BAC will accept as exceptions.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Reserve registered courses

After register and pay the tuition fee for the course, if students can not join the course, they should have an official notification to BAC before the opening session. In this case, students will be reserved tuition and join the next course or switch to another BAC course in suitable requirements.

Opening Schedule Changes

  • In case of course could not start on schedule, BAC will send an email to inform the student of the expected opening day.
  • If the new opening schedule is suitable for students' needs, BAC will reserve tuition fee. Students will continue to participate in the course.
  • If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund the tuition fee. 

Refund Policy

  • Tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNDED.
  • In case of our student cannot join the new class schedule due to a change from BAC in terms of changing the course opening schedule, that student will be refunded the tuition by BAC according to the following process:
    • Students can receive a refund by transfer or in cash.
    • After the two sides have officially confirmed the cancellation of the course, the entire tuition will be refunded to students by BAC within a maximum of 3 working days.
    • Students must return the receipt of tuition to BAC to complete the refund procedure.
