Nowadays, business professionals must be able to adapt their analysis work to drive better business outcomes, faster. These people are called agile business analysts. If you want to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in this competitive field, the Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) from the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) is the certification for you. The AAC is the first certification for agile analysis offered by IIBA.

About Agile Analysis Certification

IIBA AAC recognizes one’s ability to effectively execute analysis-related work in an agile context. Individuals that will do well on this exam are those that have developed the requisite competencies. Agile Analysis Certification has no specified prerequisites but IIBA recommends it for BA professionals with 2-3 years of Agile-related experience. As follows:

Basic Knowledge: Has a fundamental awareness of basic skills and knowledge involved in the analysis work.
Understands: Recognizes the key elements of the work and why they are important. However, not expected to have the experience nor skill to execute.
Follow Rules: Adheres to prescribed ways to complete the work but needs rules and guidelines to successfully execute.

Skills you should have:

Agile mindset
At least 2 years of experience applying Agile analysis practices at the Delivery Horizon.
Able to demonstrate foundation proficiency for the Strategy Horizon and Initiative Horizon.
Mastered basic knowledge, understand Agile and follow rules – completed the self-assessment.
Successfully answered typical analysis-related outcome and activities questions in the sample quiz.

And at the end of this course, there's a sample test to help you determine your readiness to sit for the certification exam.

As the first partner of the IIBA in Vietnam, participated in the courses of the BAC, students will be assisted to register as a member of IIBA, incentives and support particularly in the application procedures and examination (exam preparation materials as well as international standards).

BAC accepts new payment method: Convenient payment using mPOS device:

Payment by swiping ATM and international cards directly at the BAC office.
Payment by Internet Banking / Mobile Banking / Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet) / QR-code.
Easy payments from anywhere with the payment link.
Payment by credit card, installment with 0% interest.

Fee: card fees MUST BE PAID by the customer when paying by card. The consultant will estimate the card fee according to the fee schedule given by mPOS and provide a concrete estimate for the student to consider before paying. NOTES:

Students shall complete the payment in advance, and not later than the opening session. BAC does not accept any payment after the opening day.
Exceptions: In cases of faulty payment process or students have committed to pay tuition fee after the opening day, BAC will accept as exceptions.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Reserve registered courses

After register and pay the tuition fee for the course, if students can not join the course, they should have an official notification to BAC before the opening session. In this case, students will be reserved tuition and join the next course or switch to another BAC course in suitable requirements.

Opening Schedule Changes

In case of course could not start on schedule, BAC will send an email to inform the student of the expected opening day.
If the new opening schedule is suitable for students' needs, BAC will reserve tuition fee. Students will continue to participate in the course.
If the new opening schedule does not meet students' needs, BAC will refund the tuition fee.

Refund Policy

Tuition fees ARE NOT REFUNDED.
In case of our student cannot join the new class schedule due to a change from BAC in terms of changing the course opening schedule, that student will be refunded the tuition by BAC according to the following process:
- Students can receive a refund by transfer or in cash.
- After the two sides have officially confirmed the cancellation of the course, the entire tuition will be refunded to students by BAC within a maximum of 3 working days.
- Students must return the receipt of tuition to BAC to complete the refund procedure.

Loc Ngo Quang Bao

Mr. Loc Ngo Quang Bao is currently BA Lead – Internet Banking - National Australia Bank Innovation Center Vietnam. He is one of the few people in Vietnam who has prestigious certificate for PMI-PBA (Professional Business Analyst) issued by PMI.

He graduated with first class honor degree and Master of Philosophy from The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He has his own researches and publications recorded in IEEE and Amazon.

Starting from 2009 in the field of Business Analyst, Loc has proven strong experiences in this aspect of profession. Expertise in different domains such as: banking, insurance, network, telecommunication, logistic, shipping, custom clearance, media, marketing and advertisement, Mr. Loc has been involved and successfully led product implementation for major projects in Vietnam and oversea.
