Ms. Thuan began her career at Techcombank, focusing on business and data analysis to improve operational processes. During her tenure, she contributed to the development of an operational quality management system, conducted in-depth data analysis, and built dashboards using Power BI to enhance performance efficiency. Continuing her journey at VIB, she took on the role of Senior Business Analyst, serving as a key member in the MyVIB 2.0 Mobile Banking upgrade project, which delivered a smarter and more seamless digital banking experience for customers. Currently, she is advancing her career in an international environment in Singapore, where she not only large-scale projects but also dedicates herself to mentoring.
