Ms. Thom graduated from the University of Science - VNU-HCMC in Information Technology with B.Sc; and BA in Marketing, University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, she also obtained certificates of PSM1: Professional Scrum Master 1, PSPO1: Professional Scrum Product Owner 1.

Currently, Ms.Thom is holding the position of Principal Business Analyst at NashTech Vietnam. With over 10 years of experience in the field, she has built herself a solid foundation of knowledge, experience in analysis and reporting, and provides process innovations to achieve goals quickly, efficiency in business. Besides, Ms. Thom also has experience working with many clients from different countries such as UK, USA, Australia, and Germany.
