Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen is an experienced Business Analyst with over six years working in business analysis, data analysis, and product development. Throughout her career, she has worked at leading technology enterprises such as Viettel High Tech, Viettel Solutions, FPT IS, and FPT Corporation, contributing to large-scale and cross-domain projects.

With extensive hands-on experience across various projects, she has built a strong professional foundation and a practical understanding of how products are designed, operated, and implemented within enterprises. In addition to her deep knowledge of business processes, she is highly skilled in data-driven analysis, working with multi-source data to build intuitive dashboards that help organizations optimize operations and support leadership in making effective decisions.

In her roles as a Business Analyst and Team Leader, she has been responsible for the full BA workflow: from requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, to close collaboration with Dev/QA teams, UAT execution, and go-live support. She has played key BA roles in several major projects, including CRM Core, eHiring, POS, DMS, and Workforce applications.

Beyond her practical experience, Ms. Huyen also holds several prestigious international certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PSM I, and PSPO I, along with strong skills in communication, negotiation, modeling, and analytical thinking.
