Master of Business and Management at Waikato Management School, University of Waikato, New Zealand and achieved IBM Professional Certification Program, IBM Software Group, June 2013 (IBM certification in IBM Infosphere Business Information Exchange Technical Professional); Especially;she has prestigious Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®)issued by IIBA.With more than 13 years of experience working in the field of data management and project construction on data systems in the bank, Ms. Binh is also lead BRD team of 18 senior BA to develop detailed requirement document for each iteration. Moreover, Ms. Binh is also hold workshop for over 100 of participants bank wide to gather high level requirements for Enterprise DWH.

Possesses a wealth of experience in the field of data management in general and programming with query languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, C#, VB, MySQL etc. Know Mongo, Pentaho, SSIS, ODI, Data stage, IBM Workbench and creating reports and dashboards using Oracle Form Builder or Business Intelligence tools including IBM Cognos and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, working with database: Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server, Exadata, Access helped Ms. Binh become an expert in specialized data management knowledge,especially in the banking sector.

Before becoming a Data Governance Expert cum Business Project Manager, Data warehouse Project, Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC), Vietnam Prosperity Bank (VPBank), Ms. Binh was a Business Analyzer cum Data Modeler and Project Manager, Financial Software Solution JSC. Not only that, Ms. Binh also developed data model for banking data warehouse system for banking vendors such as Techcombank and VPBank. Ms. Binh also worked for a software project on credit-courses management, Hanoi University of Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam. With good professional skills, capturing customers' requirements, Ms. Binh led her team members to successfully complete the projects that customers set out.

With practical experience in data management in enterprises and enthusiasm, Ms Binh always want to share more with people who have the same passion, especially the young generation.
