Mr. Nguyen Minh Dang holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from International University – Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City and a Master of Business Administration from Lincoln University. Not only that, but Mr. Dang also obtains the following certificates: Product Owner I (PSPOI), Scrum Master I + II + III (PSMI, PSMII, PSMIII), Certificate of Product Owner II (PSPOII), Certificate of Professional Agile Leadership I (PALI), Certificate of Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-based Management (PAL EBM), Certificate of Mobile User Experience (UX) Design, Certificate of UI Design Patterns for Successful Software.

Originally a Software Engineer at CSC Vietnam, Mr. Dang has more than 7 years of experience working in the field of Business Analysis and Product Owner. He used to hold many key positions in projects. Mr. Nguyen Minh Dang is currently the Agile Coach at Katalon. Besides, he is also in charge of major projects such as the Principal Business Analyst + Scrum Master at Aperia Solutions and is participating in the Echo Credit / Admin Portal project in the USA, ORION project at Nashtech as Scrum Master - Senior Business Analyst. And assume the BA role for the following projects: Samsung body shopping; Bupa Care Pro; Cinderella at Pyramid Consulting Vietnam Company, Salta project; TDPA; Intranet Shared Documents System; New Account Opening System; CIB Reporting Application at Advance Vision Technology (AVTech), and ASCET 7 project for Bosch And Engineering Vietnam.

In addition, he has been involved in onsite cooperation with overseas clients such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Cambodia, and Laos. Mr. Dang has expertise in Agile - Scrum methodology, proficient in using Microsoft Visio (UML Diagramming), Balsamiq, Axure (drawing mockup and wireframe), proficient understanding of using project management system: Jira, TFS, Redmine, have domain knowledge about E-Banking, E-commerce, Finnish Academy and Technology...

With extensive experience in understanding Agile methodology, managing and coaching teams according to Agile principles, operating the Scrum framework and maximizing the value of the Scrum team and hands-on experience in big projects...
