Ngo Quang Bao Loc

Mr. Loc Ngo Quang Bao is currently BA Lead – Internet Banking - National Australia Bank Innovation Center Vietnam. He is one of the few people in Vietnam who has prestigious certificate for PMI-PBA (Professional Business Analyst) issued by PMI.

He graduated with first class honor degree and Master of Philosophy from The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He has his own researches and publications recorded in IEEE and Amazon.

Starting from 2009 in the field of Business Analyst, Loc has proven strong experiences in this aspect of profession. Expertise in different domains such as: banking, insurance, network, telecommunication, logistic, shipping, custom clearance, media, marketing and advertisement, Mr. Loc has been involved and successfully led product implementation for major projects in Vietnam and oversea.

He has strong skill implementing projects under Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies in both outsource and product companies. Loc is also a certified Professional Product Owner (PSPO) and Scrum Master by Scrum.org.

Joining BAC with strong professional background and years of experience, Mr Loc will be in charge for the training class of Business Analyst, Project Management and Scrum Master. His objective is “sharing knowledge under real situation for daily work” that will help trainees get into practical situation and apply effectively at work.
