Mr. Ngo Duc Duy is one of the few people who have achieved the prestigious certificate of profession "Business Analyst - Business Analyst (BA)" - CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) of IIBA. He graduated from FPT University in software engineering and holds a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City.

With a strong passion for information technology, Mr. Duy has constantly searched and learned to develop his work. In his professional profession, he has obtained prestigious international certificates such as Professional Scrum Master I, AWS Solutions Architect - Associate, Professional Scrum Product Owner I, OutSystems Web Developer - Associate.

With more than 10 years of experience working and participating in domestic and foreign projects, Mr. Ngo Duc Duy has become a discerning expert with many areas of expertise in Business Analyst, Product Owner, Professional Scrum Master, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Project Manager, OutSystems, AWS Solutions Architect.

Mr. Duy has participated in many software development projects and has assumed many different roles and positions such as Data Analyst for Schroders Investment in Singapore, Business Analyst/ Project Manager at Data Delivery Services, Business Analyst/ Scrum Master at FPT Software, Product Owner/ Business Analyst at FPT USA, and currently, he is holding the position of Product Owner/ Business Analyst at FPT Software.
