Ms. Lam Tu My Kieu has nearly 10 years of experience working in the Information Technology industry, she graduated Software Engineering from University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, she also obtained international certifications such as Scrum Master Accredited Certification, Scrum Product Owner Accredited Certification™, Accredited Project Manager (APRM™) Certification, Accredited Software Test Manager Certification (ASTMC™), Professional Certificate In Business Process Management, Professional Scrum Master (I-II), Critical Thinking For Self Development.

With more than 10 years of experience working in domestic and foreign environments from multinational corporations specializing in IT such as: Global Health Limited, AS White Global, NFQ Asia | 8Bit Rockstars, EdgeWorks German R&D Software Ltd, MTI Technology, etc. Therefore, Ms. My Kieu has a wealth of experience in working and researching in an international environment. With her foreign language ability and solid background knowledge, she has accumulated a huge amount of in-depth knowledge in many fields such as: Agile / Scrum, management tools (Redmine, Mantis, Jira, Testrail, etc.) Kiwi, Tarantula, Open Project, ADO), Microsoft Office, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, AI Testing.

With diverse training and coaching methods, always oriented to modern trends, innovation and creativity, along with passion and intense enthusiasm at work, Ms. Kieu has brought inspiration, energy and excitement in learning to each student through a series of rich and practical experiential activities in each teaching content are condensed into specific and valuable models and lessons.
