Ms. Hong Pham is an experienced expert in software testing. With over 14 years of experience in this field, Ms. Hong has built herself a solid knowledge base in the fields of software testing such as: Manual testing, security testing, API testing, performance testing and automation testing.

Currently, Ms. Hong is working at Live Group, she also used to be the leader of QC team in big companies such as: NVG Technology, Aswhite Global, VNG Corporation. In addition, she has experience in working in large and complex projects such as payment systems/ internet banking, e-commerce systems... Besides, she also has experience in business development support in organizations, experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and previously held the Business Analyst role.

As an expert in software testing, Ms. Hong was invited to be a speaker at major seminars such as: "How to test payment process" (April 2017), "Misconceptions about Testers' career path ”(June 2017) of testing.vn to share testing experience for QC community in HCMC. Ms. Hong is also one of the training experts in the Google "Digital 4.0" project under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam (digital 40.withgoogle.com), aiming to train Vietnamese in knowledge. digital and support the development of Vietnam's digital economy.
