With 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, he has performed various roles like: Software Engineer, Database Designer, Product Owner, Business Analyst Leader (BA Lead) ... and trainer for courses relating to in-house business analysis.

With 4 years working as a Software Engineer, he accumulated considerable experience in programming, solving problems of the system, approaching and designing suitable software solutions. He was responsible for analyzing system needs and designing CSDN - database (database arrays). And that is the foundation for him to become a Principal BA.

Currently he is a Principal BA at PYCO-Digital Marketing Branch, one of the leading companies providing products and services for Microsoft, Samsung, Volkswagen, Wal-Mart, Adobe, Calvin Klein, L'Oreal. And his main job is to define and monitor BA KPIs, manage and allocate work to the BA team and peer review output , work closely with project stakeholders to identify and specify functional system requirements, processes and non-functional requirements, analyze business needs, gaps and issues and performs business impact analysis and recommends best possible solutions working with technology team and within the functional coverage and capabilities of the product, support internal and client testing teams in their activities...

With experience in large projects, he has become a specialist in Business Domains such as Retail Industry and E-commerce.
